Animation

For animation requests, please send image artwork in any PC readable format. We will revert with a simulated visual of the animation design for your approval within 48 hours.

Please specify your preferred animation design (if any) in a step by step format when submitting the artwork via email.

Note that our standard drivers support animations up to a maximum no. of channels:

Ad Panels
Up to 12 channels of animation

T-shirts
Up to 5 channels of animation
A choice of 8 preset sequences

Caps
Up to 5 channels of animation
8 preset sequences running in cycle

Unit pricing is determined by 3 main factors:
1) EL lamp
2) Type of driver
3) Assembly and finishing

EL lamp
a) Overall dimension of panel
b) Percentage of lighted area
c) Indoor or outdoor use
d) Ultra bright/ long life version

Type of driver
a) 110V, or 220V, or DC powered
b) Standard or reusable
c) CE/ ETL/ RoHS

Assembly and finishing
a) Frame or special laminate etc.
b) Die cut or regular shape

Request To Quote (RTQ)
As each project is unique, we are unable to provide prices by per square meter.

To facilitate the quoting process, please fill in and attached the specification sheet together with your RTQ.

Upon confirmation of the animation design, we will provide our quotation including unit price and tooling fee. Tooling costs will vary according to animation design and dimension of panels

Lead times
Lead time for prototypes typically take 10 to 14 days to ship.
Accurate lead times for production runs will be advised prior to confirmation of your order.
All lead times are base on full receiving of PO, payment and high res artwork.

Before we create the tools to produce your order, we require submission of a high quality image file. The artwork specifications are as follows:

Preferred File Formats:
AI, CDR, PSD, TIFF

Resolution Guidelines:
1 to 1 actual size, requires no resizing
File should be of 150 – 200 DPI

Up to 1/5 of actual size, requires enlargement of file:
File should be at least 300 DPI

For logos and silkscreen graphics:
Please provide pantone color numbers or CMYK values for color matching reference.

For color specific jobs:
It is recommended that a physical color proof is provided for our production reference.

Order Specifications
To facilitate the production process, please confirm and attach the final specification sheet together with your PO.

Tooling, prototypes, samples and smaller quantity runs
100% full payment in advance

Bulk quantity or large format orders
An initial 50% deposit is needed to begin manufacturing. Payment on the remaining balance is required to release the product for shipment upon completion of the order.

Note that a release order from our finance department is needed to release the product for shipment. This release order will only be issued upon receiving of full payment by our bank.
